WE ARE HIRING – PRODUCTION MANAGER Design Technology | UAE Are you an experienced Production Manager who knows how to turn drawings, materials, manpower, and deadlines into finished projects? Design Technology is looking for a strong, hands-on Production Manager to join our growing team. We specialize in: � Retail Branding � Large Format Printing � Signage & Signage Fabrication � Metal Fabrication � Exhibition Stands � Events & Event Fabrication � Installation & Site Execution THE ROLE As our Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing the complete production process and ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will lead production teams, coordinate with project managers and procurement, plan resources, solve production challenges, and ensure smooth execution from approved artwork/drawings → production → finishing → dispatch → installation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and control daily production activities Prepare and monitor production schedules Manage manpower, machinery, materials, and subcontractors Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Procurement, and Installation Teams Supervise printing, signage, metal fabrication, carpentry, finishing, and related production activities Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and production requirements Monitor quality and ensure specifications are followed Reduce material wastage, rework, and production delays Identify bottlenecks and solve problems quickly Ensure projects are completed according to agreed deadlines Maintain production records and job tracking Monitor workshop productivity and performance Ensure proper safety and housekeeping standards Continuously improve production efficiency and processes THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are looking for someone who is: Hands-on and technically strong -Excellent at managing people and production teams -Strong in planning and scheduling Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously -A problem solver who can make quick decisions Comfortable working under tight deadlines Quality-conscious and cost-conscious Strong in communication and coordination EXPERIENCE REQUIRED . 5+ years of relevant production management experience, preferably in: Signage & fabrication Large-format printing Retail branding Metal fabrication Exhibitions Events & event production UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred. An engineering/technical qualification will be an advantage.
