Project Coordinator (Material Coordinator) - Interior Design & Fit-Out

About this opportunity

Coordinate material selections, samples, submittals and approvals. Liaise with designers, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams. Maintain and regularly update material logs, approval trackers and procurement schedules. Follow up on material availability, quotations, approvals, orders and deliveries. Ensure materials comply with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements. Coordinate interior finishes including joinery, flooring, sanitaryware, stone, tiles and other fit-out materials. Identify potential material or procurement delays and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution. Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the material approval and procurement process. 2–4 years of UAE experience in Interior Design / Fit-Out. Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, joinery, flooring, stone, tiles and sanitaryware . Practical experience in material selection, submittals, samples, approvals and procurement coordination . Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and material requirements . Experience coordinating with designers, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams . Strong planning, documentation, follow-up and organizational skills . Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines efficiently. Good knowledge of the UAE fit-out material and supplier market . Proficiency in MS Office ; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage. Strong written and verbal English communication skills . Immediate availability is preferred.
