Description * Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounting department. * Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making. * IFRS reporting * M&A Accounting * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. * Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and account reconciliations. * Develop and implement financial policies and procedures. * Collaborate with internal departments to optimise financial performance and processes. * Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on financial strategies.
