About this opportunity

We are looking for a reliable, well-mannered and hardworking Office Boy / Tea Boy to support our office operations. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve tea, coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors. • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, pantry and common areas. • Assist with serving refreshments during meetings and business visits. • Handle basic office errands and document/material movement when required. • Arrange and maintain pantry supplies and office refreshments. • Assist the HR/Admin team with day-to-day office support activities. • Ensure meeting rooms and reception areas are clean and properly arranged. • Follow company health, safety and hygiene standards. • Previous experience as an Office Boy, Tea Boy, Office Assistant or similar role in the UAE is preferred. • Good knowledge of basic office and pantry duties. • Pleasant personality with good manners and a service-oriented attitude. • Good personal hygiene and professional appearance. • Ability to communicate in basic English. • Reliable, punctual and hardworking. • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • UAE experience is preferred. • Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
