Oversee the installation and dismantling of scaffolding structures to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding setups to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions promptly. Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to align scaffolding needs with project timelines and requirements. Lead and mentor a team of scaffolders, providing training on best practices and safety protocols. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in scaffolding is highly valued. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in scaffolding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Valid scaffolding certification from a recognized body, demonstrating proficiency in scaffold erection and safety. Experience in construction, particularly in commercial or industrial projects, is preferred.
