Job Responsibilities : 1. Own customer growth and ARPU growth for Keeta Ads in the Middle East market, delivering against revenue targets by breaking down goals into clear, actionable execution paths. 2. Build a tiered customer operation framework; partner with Sales and apply a mix of online and offline tactics to increase merchant advertising penetration. 3. Conduct in-depth research on industries and advertisers across different regions to understand their budget allocation logic, help optimize campaign performance, and drive ARPU uplift. 4. Work alongside sales to support routine merchant operations, including promotions, JBP, and branding ads sales. 5. Establish an effective issue intake, troubleshooting, and feedback mechanism to improve customer satisfaction. 6. Lead go-to-market for advertising products, partnering with Product Managers on iteration and optimization through testing, research, and other validation methods. Job Requirements : 1. Experiences in merchant/vertical/product operations within the online advertising area. 2. Strong cross-cultural communication skills; fluent in English as a working language. Job Highlights : 1.
