Role Description The Director at Beetleware is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Director will oversee strategic planning and execution for key digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing project portfolios, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes. This role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting business development activities, and contributing to long-term growth strategies. The Director will also coach and mentor team members, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in leading digital transformation, technology, or consulting initiatives, ideally with exposure to Middle East or Gulf markets. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, oversee complex projects, and drive organizational change. Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at executive and operational levels. Background in technology, business, or a related field; a bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus. Experience in building and scaling processes, improving operational efficiency, and implementing best practices in project and program management. Ability to work on-site in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Familiarity with digital platforms, enterprise solutions, or cloud technologies is highly beneficial.
