We are seeking an experienced Property Consultant – UK New Homes & Off-Plan Sales to join our growing Dubai team. This is an opportunity to work with premium new-build developments, international investors, and cross-border property investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and property investors. Promote and sell UK new-build homes and off-plan developments. Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to transaction completion. Work closely with developers on project launches and sales initiatives. Collaborate with colleagues across our international offices to generate referrals and business opportunities. Provide expert guidance to clients on property investment opportunities. Achieve individual sales targets and develop long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in UK new homes, new-build developments, or off-plan sales. Proven track record of closing property transactions and generating business. Strong understanding of the UK property market and new-build sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded. Strong interest in property investment and international real estate. Valid UK work authorisation.
