Job Summary We are hiring a .NET Team Lead to lead development and technical delivery of an enterprise Board Management System. You will combine hands-on architecture and code quality ownership with team leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the development team and manage technical tasks and sprints. Design solution architecture, distributed systems, and microservices. Build complex REST/SOAP integrations. Enforce code review, coding standards, and security best practices. Implement NCA and DGA requirements in technical solutions. Oversee CI/CD and DevOps practices. Requirements Bachelor's in Business Administration / IT. 12+ years in web development with .NET / .NET Core. 5+ years leading development teams. 3+ years in Agile/Scrum. Strong SQL Server (design and performance tuning). Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and Domain-Driven Design. Microservices and distributed systems experience. Angular experience (frontend) and exposure to OutSystems. Experience in government or financial-sector environments. Experience with NCA and DGA requirements.
