Position - Production Supervisor Duration - 1st Nov 26 till 29th December 26 Location - Abu Dhabi (Candidate to be based in Abu dhabi) Job Summary We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee on-site production activities and ensure the smooth execution of events. The ideal candidate will coordinate with production teams, suppliers, and technical departments to deliver events efficiently, safely, and according to the required standards and timelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise on-site production activities, including event setup, installation, rehearsals, live operations, and dismantling. Coordinate with production managers, technical teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of event requirements. Monitor the installation of staging, structures, branding, signage, and other production elements. Ensure all production activities follow approved drawings, schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures. Allocate tasks to crew members, monitor performance, and ensure deadlines are met. Track equipment, materials, manpower, and site resources required for production. Identify and resolve on-site production issues and escalate critical matters to the Production Manager. Conduct site inspections and ensure the venue is ready before rehearsals and event opening. Maintain daily progress updates and report any delays, risks, or operational issues. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of production activities with overall event operations. Requirements 3+ years of experience in event production, live events, exhibitions, concerts, or large-scale event operations. Previous experience supervising on-site production crews and contractors. Good understanding of event staging, structures, branding, equipment installation, and production workflows. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight event deadlines. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days. Strong understanding of on-site health and safety requirements. Experience in sports events or large-scale live events is an advantage.
