Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the company hires individuals who are aligned with our culture, values, and long-term goals. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles. • Create and post job advertisements on job boards, and company career pages. • Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events. • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews. • Facilitate a smooth interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication. • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate records and recruitment metrics. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Assist in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events. • Prepare offer letters and support the onboarding process in collaboration with HR operations.
