Communication Internal Communication: Manager - Ship Services, Operation team, Invice team Purpose: Receive requests and requirements for services External Communication: Customers Purpose: To send proceced visas Follow-up on correct documents for visas Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Accountability: Are accountable for their acts and omissions. Responsibility: To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses. Authority: To stop work if they think the work is unsafe. Responsibilities: Key Roles & Responsibilities • Process all documents for visa application. • Fill up the Seamen visa application form on the IT system. • Follow up with immigation co-ordiators for the applied visa and their status. • Update customer on visa status. • Follow-up with customers for aprpciate documents for visas • Preapre the list of visas and related data for invoicing. • Preapre and organise the list of visas and related data for audit purspose. • Follow specified systems, processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards • Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education & Professional Qualification: High School Professional Experience: 2 years relevant experience Geographic Experience: N.A.
