Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills. Ability to generate leads and build lasting client relationships. A proactive approach to achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with buying, selling and renting properties. Conduct client meetings, property presentations and viewings. Manage enquiries, follow-ups, negotiations and deal closures. Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in the CRM.
