The Reservation Agent is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Reservation Department within the Rooms Division Qualifications The potential candidate must ideally have: A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Native level Arabic skills required
