Summary: The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Abu Dhabi, with a focus on Data Centre or large industrial projects. The role will involve coordinating civil, structural, and utility works to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Job Responsibility: - Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and other regulations - Review and approve project designs, materials, and construction methods - Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success Candidate Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Proven experience as a Construction Manager, preferably with experience in Data Centre or large industrial projects - Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse team - Knowledge of project management software and tools Strong project management skills 2.
