Senior Civil Engineer Posting Date : 30/10/2026 Ref : E9909 Position : Senior Civil Engineer Location : KSA City : Sector : Consulting Years of Experience 10+ Years Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Salary : Up to 18,000 SAR Workdays : 5 Working Days Description : ➜Responsibilities •Oversee civil engineering and construction activities for large-scale mixed-use developments, ensuring projects meet approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and schedules. •Supervise site execution, coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, and resolve technical and construction-related challenges across structural and civil works. •Review engineering drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation to ensure project requirements are met. •Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of multidisciplinary construction activities. •Monitor construction progress, identify potential delays and technical risks, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project milestones. •Conduct site inspections, oversee quality control activities, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. •Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and contribute to the successful execution of high-rise buildings, hospitals, commercial, residential, and hospitality developments. ➜Qualifications - Senior Civil Engineer •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. •Minimum 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering and construction, including at least 5 years of project experience in Saudi Arabia. •Proven experience delivering large-scale mixed-use developments, high-rise buildings, hospitals, commercial and residential projects, hotels, and hospitality facilities. •Strong background in engineering consultancy, construction, or infrastructure projects, with expertise in site supervision, technical coordination, and construction management. •Proficiency in AutoCAD, engineering drawing interpretation, technical documentation, and relevant project management tools. •Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction practices, project approval procedures, engineering standards, and multidisciplinary coordination. •Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in demanding project environments.
