We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and results-driven Membership Consultant cum Front of House to join our team at Dubai Silicon Oasis. Key Responsibilities Drive membership sales and consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Welcome prospective and existing members, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Conduct engaging club tours and deliver persuasive membership presentations. Handle enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members. Identify customer needs, handle objections, and confidently close sales. Manage front-of-house operations and maintain a welcoming, professional reception area. Support member retention initiatives and promote club services and facilities. Maintain accurate membership records and sales reports. Ensure all interactions reflect the club's service standards and brand values. Requirements & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in membership sales, fitness club sales, hospitality, or customer service. Previous fitness industry experience is highly preferred. Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue KPIs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong sales, negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills. Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and confident personality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. High standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
