A renowned retail organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale retail development, store expansion, fit-out, and capital projects across the Kingdom. The candidate will be responsible for managing projects from concept through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and schedule requirements. Job Title : Sr Project Manager (Retail Projects)Location : Riyad Industry : Retai Employment Type : Full-Time Key Responsibility Lead end-to-end delivery of retail development, store rollout, renovation, and fit-out project Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and stakeholder coordinatio Oversee consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project team Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, HSE requirements, and quality benchmark Monitor project risks, variations, and change management processe Drive timely project execution while maintaining cost efficiency and operational excellenc Prepare project reports and present updates to senior management Support strategic expansion initiatives and capital investment program requirement Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fiel d.10+ years of project management experience, preferably within retail, commercial, mixed-use, or real estate development project Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneousl Strong knowledge of fit-out, construction, design coordination, and project control Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skill PMP certification preferer Experience working in the GCC, preferably in Saudi Arabi a.
