The organization values professionalism, customer satisfaction, and quality in all aspects of its operations. Role Description The Computer Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This role involves diagnosing and repairing computer hardware, performing routine computer maintenance, and installing or configuring operating systems and software. The Computer Technician will provide technical support to internal teams and customers, resolve troubleshooting requests, and ensure devices are tested and fully functional before deployment or sale. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of repairs and inventory, supporting the setup of new and used devices, and collaborating with colleagues to improve service efficiency and quality. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues. Candidates should possess practical experience in Computer Maintenance and Computer Repair, including diagnostics, replacement of parts, and preventive maintenance. Candidates should possess working knowledge of common Operating Systems (such as Windows, macOS, and Linux) and basic software installation and configuration. Relevant vocational training, certifications, or a diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users, manage time effectively, and work safely with electronic devices and tools. Previous experience in a computer retail, service center, or IT support environment within the UAE is an advantage.
