Execute complex construction tasks according to blueprints and specifications, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Operate and maintain a variety of heavy machinery and specialized tools safely and efficiently. Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to plan daily work activities and resource allocation. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship completion preferred. Possession of relevant trade certifications (e.g., CSTE, OSHA 30-Hour). Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in a similar contracting or construction role. Proven expertise in at least one specific trade (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing, heavy equipment operation).
