I&C Supervisor

About this opportunity

We are looking for I&C supervisor to join the IGDE-2 Project. Project in Das Island, United Arab Emirates , related to the expansion of ADNOC LNG's gas processing and treatment facilities . The assignment is expected to last approximately 1–2 months. The position requires proven experience in actuator installation, damper positioning, and WHRU commissioning and start-up activities . I&C Supervisor Main responsibilities Supervise the installation and commissioning of WHRU instruments and damper control devices. Verify actuator control signals, position feedback, limit switches and positioner calibration. Coordinate loop checks, signal checks and functional tests between field devices and the control system. Test inlet and bypass damper sequences, permissives, interlocks, alarms and fail-safe actions with the commissioning team. Verify the response of the dampers during WHRU start-up, shutdown and simulated trip conditions. Check that instrument installation and test records are complete, and close I&C punch-list items. Troubleshoot control or instrumentation faults with the vendor, electrical team and plant operations team. Equipment to be supervised Damper actuators I&C components: positioners, solenoid valves, limit switches and position transmitters. Local control panels, junction boxes and associated instrument wiring. WHRU temperature, pressure and flow instruments, where fitted. Control-system interfaces for damper operation, indications, alarms and interlocks. Instrument-air components serving pneumatic actuators, if fitted.
