Position Title Arabic & French Speaking - Senior Supply Chain & Project Coordinator Location Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai, United Arab Emirates Employment Type Full-Time, Permanent Reporting To Business Manager / Department Head Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Supply Chain & Project Coordinator to oversee strategic sourcing, procurement, logistics operations, supplier management, customer coordination, and cross-functional projects within the aviation sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing international supply chain activities, supporting commercial operations, coordinating complex projects, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of customer requirements. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced international business environment. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain, Procurement & Sourcing Lead sourcing and procurement activities for aviation products and services from international suppliers. Prepare and manage RFQs, tenders, quotations, commercial proposals, and procurement documentation. Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, warranties, and contractual conditions. Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners. Identify alternative sourcing opportunities to improve cost efficiency, quality, and lead-time performance. Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives. Customer & Commercial Coordination Manage customer requirements and ensure timely execution of procurement and supply chain activities. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain high service standards. Prepare business correspondence, commercial proposals, reports, and presentations. Support customer relationship management and account coordination activities. Logistics & Operations Coordinate end-to-end procurement, shipping, freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and delivery processes. Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve operational challenges. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, contractual obligations, and quality standards. Coordinate operational activities across multiple international markets. Liaise with logistics partners to ensure smooth execution of shipments and deliveries. Project Coordination Plan, monitor, and execute cross-functional projects involving procurement, supply chain, logistics, and strategic business initiatives. Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and potential risks. Facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders. Prepare project documentation, status reports, and management updates. Drive projects to successful completion while maintaining quality and operational objectives. Business Development Support Support market expansion initiatives through supplier development and customer engagement activities. Identify new suppliers, distributors, OEMs, and strategic business opportunities. Participate in commercial discussions, proposal preparation, and supplier negotiations. Contribute to initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence. Contracts, Compliance & Reporting Prepare and administer NDAs, supplier agreements, agency agreements, MOUs, and related commercial documentation. Maintain accurate procurement, logistics, and project records. Generate operational, procurement, and project performance reports. Identify operational risks and recommend process improvements. Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned by management. Candidate Profile Essential Requirements Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, project coordination, or related disciplines. Mandatory experience within the aviation industry. Strong knowledge of international procurement, supply chain management, freight forwarding, and logistics operations. Experience working with OEMs, aviation suppliers, freight forwarders, and international vendors. Strong commercial negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. Excellent project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Mandatory Language Requirements Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) Fluent French (spoken and written) Professional proficiency in English Additional Requirements Willingness and ability to undertake international business travel as required. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related discipline. Experience with ERP systems and procurement software. Knowledge of Incoterms, international trade regulations, customs procedures, and aviation procurement practices. Experience working with multinational organizations, OEMs, and global distributors will be an advantage.
