Kafaat Recruitment is seeking a qualified and motivated Site Engineer – Bridge Inspection & Assessment on behalf of one of our clients specializing in engineering and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting and supervising on-site bridge inspections, assessing structural conditions, ensuring accurate technical documentation, and coordinating field activities in compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site inspections of bridges and concrete structures to assess their physical and structural conditions. Identify, inspect, and document structural defects, cracks, deterioration, and damage using photographs, measurements, and field observations. Supervise field technicians, assign daily tasks, and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion. Coordinate and oversee field testing activities, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of collected data and results. Prepare detailed technical inspection reports, progress reports, and site documentation for submission to the Project Manager. Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate site operations. Ensure all inspection activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and health and safety regulations. Identify and promptly report any critical structural defects or potential safety hazards. Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure proper documentation of all site activities. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Knowledge of bridge inspection, structural assessment, and concrete structures. Familiarity with identifying structural defects and deterioration in concrete infrastructure. Ability to prepare accurate technical and engineering reports. Strong site supervision, team coordination, and organizational skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams. Willingness to travel and work at various project sites across Saudi Arabia.
