Job Purpose To oversee and execute all civil engineering activities related to utility-scale Solar PV projects, ensuring construction is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise civil construction activities including site grading, earthworks, roads, drainage systems, foundations, and PV mounting structure foundations. Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical specifications. Coordinate with survey, QA/QC, HSE, electrical, mechanical, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor subcontractor performance and construction progress against project schedules. Ensure civil works comply with project specifications, local regulations, and relevant international standards. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to construction activities. Review material submittals, work inspection requests (WIRs), and quality documentation. Verify quantities and support preparation of progress reports and client submissions. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities for inspections and approvals.
