Overview of the Role Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that help businesses make better decisions? We are currently building a strong pool of talented MIS Executives for future opportunities in Dubai As an MIS Executive, you will support Aftersales business performance through accurate and timely management information, performance reporting, dashboards, and data analytics. You will consolidate and validate operational and financial data, monitor key performance indicators, and identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who can go beyond preparing reports and translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights . What You Will Do Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards. Monitor operational, financial, and customer-related KPIs and track performance against targets, budgets, forecasts, and historical trends. Identify and highlight significant variances, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring management attention. Consolidate, validate, reconcile, and cleanse data from multiple systems and business functions. Develop and maintain structured reporting for key Aftersales performance measures such as revenue, gross margin, productivity, utilization, vehicle throughput, WIP, and customer retention. Support budgeting, forecasting, and business review activities through historical data and performance analysis. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Power Query . Provide ad hoc analysis and management information to support business decision-making. Work closely with Service Operations, Parts, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and reliable reporting.
