Facilities Manager

Role We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of assigned sites. You will make sure buildings, assets and services run safely, and efficiently, in line with contract requirements and company standards. Key Responsibilities Manage hard and soft FM services (MEP, HVAC, cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control) across assigned sites Plan and oversee preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance programs Monitor subcontractor performance against contract scope, SLAs and KPIs Prepare and control site budgets, cost reports and procurement requests Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements, Civil Defense regulations and company standards Prepare monthly performance reports and present them to management Lead, schedule and develop site supervisors, technicians and support staff Drive energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
