Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing / Business Development Manager to expand our commercial real estate business in Dubai. The candidate will focus on generating new business, acquiring clients, building strategic relationships, and developing opportunities with property owners, developers, investors, retailers, restaurant brands, and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong client pipeline. Build relationships with developers, landlords, investors, retailers, and F&B brands. Promote commercial leasing and real estate advisory services. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and marketing strategies. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities. Coordinate with leasing and property survey teams to convert leads into business. Manage client relationships and follow up on opportunities through closure. Achieve business development and revenue targets.
