About this opportunity

Diagnose and manage a wide spectrum of gastrointestinal disorders, from common conditions like GERD and IBS to complex diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease and gastrointestinal cancers. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, and ERCP, with a focus on precision and patient safety. Interpret and correlate findings from various diagnostic tests, including biopsies, imaging studies (CT, MRI, Ultrasound), and laboratory results, to formulate comprehensive treatment plans. Provide expert consultation and second opinions to referring physicians on challenging gastroenterological cases, fostering collaborative patient care. DHA, DOH (HAAD), or MOH UAE Licensed Specialist Gastroenterologist Minimum 5 years’ post-specialist experience Previous UAE clinical experience Strong outpatient Gastroenterology experience Procedural Gastroenterology experience Excellent patient engagement and communication skills Proven ability to build and maintain long-term patient relationships Fluent English language skills Arabic language skills advantageous
