Supply and Procurement Manager

About this opportunity

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for water and wastewater projects. Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including RFQs, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation, PO issuance, and contract management. Identify and qualify suppliers for pumps, valves, pipes, fittings, instrumentation, chemical dosing systems, filtration systems, membranes, electrical and mechanical equipment. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to support project schedules. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and contractors. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, cost, and service. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, and contractual agreements. Develop supplier performance KPIs and conduct periodic reviews. Resolve supplier disputes and contractual issues effectively.
