Role Description This is a part-time, remote Owner role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and overall performance of MKIT (HONG KONG) HOLDINGS LIMITED. The Owner will define business objectives, approve key initiatives, and guide long-term planning across human resources and interactive advertising services. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing financial performance, monitoring operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations in different markets. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with regional leaders, major clients, and external partners, as well as evaluating new market opportunities and investment options. The Owner will also provide leadership on organizational culture, risk management, and governance to support sustainable growth and cross-border collaboration. Qualifications Proven experience in business ownership, executive leadership, or senior management within multinational or cross-border organizations. Strong skills in strategic planning, financial oversight, and business development, including evaluating investments and market expansion opportunities. Knowledge of human resources operations and digital or interactive advertising services, with the ability to align these functions to business goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across cultures and time zones. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, make data-informed decisions, and manage multiple priorities with limited supervision. Familiarity with corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management in international markets. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to MKIT's operating regions are an advantage.
