Job Purpose Provide high-quality business management and executive support to the Head of Operational Risk & Resilience, ensuring effective organisation, prioritisation and follow-through across the function's broad portfolio of activities. The role will combine strong analytical capability, executive-level presentation skills, coordination and administrative excellence, helping to bring structure and visibility across multiple priorities, governance commitments, meetings and deliverables. Experience:- 5+ Years Location :- Dubai Notice Period:- Immediate to 30 Days Salary:- 9000 AED/Month Key Skills & Experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with excellent attention to detail. Advanced ability in PowerPoint and Excel , with a strong eye for executive-quality presentation. Excellent organisational and planning capability. Strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Highly proactive, structured and disciplined with exceptional follow-through. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and chasing actions where required. Able to work independently, anticipate requirements and exercise sound judgement. High degree of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information. Banking, risk, governance or business-management experience would be advantageous.
