We are seeking a Presales & Technical Consultant to support the delivery, implementation and presales activities of BIM, CAD and digital construction solutions across Kuwait. This role combines technical expertise, client consulting and solution design to help customers maximise the value of their technology investments. Client Details Our client is a well-established technology solutions provider with a strong presence across the GCC. They support organisations across the architecture, engineering, construction and infrastructure sectors through innovative digital solutions, consulting services and technology enablement programs. Description Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Presales & Technical Consultant will play a key role in supporting both customer engagements and project delivery activities. Key responsibilities include: Engaging with clients to understand business requirements and technical challenges.Delivering product demonstrations, presentations and technical workshops.Supporting the sales team with solution design, proposals, RFPs and technical documentation.Advising customers on BIM, CAD and digital construction workflows and best practices.Designing and presenting end-to-end solutions aligned with customer requirements.Performing software implementation, configuration and deployment activities.Delivering user training and ongoing technical support.Conducting proof of concepts (POCs) and pilot projects to demonstrate solution value.Providing technical consultancy around BIM implementation, standards and lifecycle management.Working closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.Maintaining expertise across industry developments, BIM methodologies and AEC technology solutions. Profile The successful candidate will have: 5+ years of experience in presales, consulting or technical delivery within the AEC technology sector.Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.Strong experience with BIM, CAD and Digital Construction solutions.Hands-on knowledge of Autodesk products.Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, design workflows and digital engineering practices.Experience delivering product demonstrations, customer workshops and technical presentations.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Experience supporting software implementation, training and customer success initiatives.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Autodesk certifications would be highly advantageous.
