Oracle Fusion SCM Lead (Functional, Procurement) – Abu Dhabi Engagement: 12 months, may be extended · Onsite in Abu Dhabi · 12+ years of experience Role summary A senior functional consultant who will lead Oracle Fusion Procurement across the full source-to-pay cycle: supplier management, sourcing, contract lifecycle management (CLM), PR/PO and post-contract management. The person will also advise the client on using Oracle's built-in AI features to automate procurement work. Must-have 12+ years in procurement or ERP, with at least 6–8 years hands-on in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement. Oracle Fusion has only been widely used since about 2013–14, so 12+ years purely on Fusion is unrealistic. Look for EBS experience plus Fusion. Modules: Supplier Model / Supplier Portal, Sourcing (RFx, negotiations, award), Procurement Contract Management, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing (PR to PO) Post-contract work: amendments, renewals, compliance and obligation tracking, supplier performance At least 2 full-cycle Fusion implementations, covering requirements gathering, configuration (BPM approvals, document styles, procurement BUs), testing and go-live Can explain Oracle's AI capabilities in procurement: AI agents built in AI Agent Studio, generative AI (for example, drafting supplier negotiation summaries or item descriptions), and ML-based spend classification
