We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Administration to join a leading organization in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities • Manage procurement activities from Purchase Requisition to PO closure • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers • Source, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors • Prepare procurement compliance documents, including SSJ & SEF • Coordinate supplier registration and required documentation • Maintain centralized PO records and tracking • Prepare weekly/monthly reports • Follow up on POs from issuance through closure • Support continuous improvement of procurement workflows and procedures
