We're Hiring | Project & Cost Accounting Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Department: Finance – Financial Control We are seeking an experienced Project & Cost Accounting Manager to lead project accounting, cost management, and financial oversight across multiple projects and business units. Key Responsibilities: Lead project accounting and cost management activities across multiple projects. Oversee project costing, cost allocation, budgeting, and variance analysis. Manage CAPEX, Work-in-Progress (WIP), asset capitalization, and project expenditure. Conduct financial feasibility assessments, cost estimates, and financial analysis. Monitor project financial performance, identify cost risks, and provide management insights. Ensure compliance with IFRS, financial controls, and accounting policies. Lead and develop the Project & Cost Accounting team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 8+ years of relevant Finance / Accounting experience , with strong expertise in Project & Cost Accounting. Professional qualification such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA , or equivalent. Proven experience in CAPEX, WIP, capitalization, project costing, and financial feasibility. Experience managing accounting or finance teams. Strong knowledge of IFRS, ERP systems, and advanced Excel. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Strong English proficiency. Preferred Industry Experience: Real Estate Development, Construction, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Entertainment, or Commercial Centers.
