About the Client Our client is a Kuwait-based financial services company offering investment solutions aligned with Sharia principles. About the Role Lead the company's financial strategy, planning, budgeting and capital allocation to support business growth. Partner with the CEO and Board on strategic decisions, financial performance and long-term priorities. Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with Kuwait Capital Markets Authority (CMA) requirements. Manage treasury, cash flow, banking relationships, reconciliations and financial operations. Strengthen internal controls and manage liquidity, currency, credit and operational financial risks. Lead financial reporting to investors and support fundraising, due diligence and potential transactions. Build and develop the finance team, ensuring the function supports the company's evolving needs. Improve financial systems and reporting capabilities to provide accurate, timely insights. Collaborate with Technology and Operations on financial processes, settlement activities and new market initiatives. Manage relationships with regulators, external auditors and financial advisors.
