Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Effective communication and technical report-writing skills 5 years of GCC experience as HSE Officer (Oil & Gas field only) Experience with incident investigation, risk assessments, audits, and reporting. 10 years of GCC experience as HSE Officer/Lead HSE (Oil & Gas field only Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations.
