Ejaz Technical Services is hiring Gypsum Board Workers, Tile Masons, and Aluminium Fabricators / Installers for renovation and fit-out projects in Dubai. Candidates may apply for any one of these trades. Gypsum Board Workers: Install gypsum board ceilings, partitions, bulkheads, and metal framing. Complete board fixing, joint taping, and finishing ready for painting. Follow site measurements, drawings, and supervisor instructions. Tile Masons: Prepare surfaces and install floor and wall tiles. Carry out accurate cutting, levelling, alignment, and grouting. Ensure correct slopes in wet areas and neat finishing around edges and corners. Aluminium Fabricators / Installers: Fabricate, assemble, and install aluminium doors, windows, and partitions. Install frames, fittings, hardware, and associated glass. Complete alignment, adjustment, and silicone sealing. All workers: Follow site safety procedures and use tools correctly. Maintain clean work areas and protect existing finishes. Complete assigned work within agreed schedules. Hands-on experience in the trade applied for. Ability to take accurate measurements and use relevant tools. Good understanding of installation methods and finishing quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a site team. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow supervisor instructions. Previous UAE experience is preferred.
