Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer Abu Dhabi, UAE 12-month initial contract - with extensions Are you a Full-Stack Engineer who loves building modern, scalable applications and solving complex business challenges We're working with an exciting organisation in Abu Dhabi looking for a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to design and develop enterprise-grade digital products that transform traditional business processes into seamless, intelligent workflows. This is a hands-on engineering opportunity for someone who thrives on building products end-to-end, combining exceptional frontend development with strong backend engineering capabilities. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and deliver scalable, production-ready web applications. Build intuitive dashboards, workflow interfaces, approval systems and administration portals. Develop responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript . Design and integrate backend APIs, databases and enterprise systems. Implement secure authentication, role-based access controls and robust state management. Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Build reusable components and maintain high standards of code quality. Contribute to application architecture, testing, CI/CD and production optimisation. What We're Looking For 6+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong hands-on expertise in React, TypeScript and modern frontend development . Solid backend development and REST API integration experience. Experience delivering full-stack applications into production. Strong understanding of relational databases, application security and authentication. Experience with complex state management and asynchronous workflows. Exposure to cloud-native technologies and CI/CD pipelines. A product-focused mindset with the ability to turn complex requirements into intuitive solutions. Nice to Have Enterprise workflow automation and approval platforms. AI-powered or conversational applications. ERP/SAP integrations. Microsoft Azure. Experience within large-scale enterprise or regulated environments. Accessibility and internationalisation best practices.
