Role: Associate Consultant SAP Enterprise Portal Years of Experience: 1-3 Location: Shifts: Job Summary: The Associate Consultant SAP Enterprise Portal supports portal development and administration activities. The role involves assisting in configuring portal components and learning SAP EP concepts. The individual works with teams to deliver basic portal solutions. Continuous learning and adherence to best practices are key. Key Skills: Basic understanding of SAP Enterprise Portal (EP) Knowledge of portal components (iViews, pages, roles) Basic understanding of SAP NetWeaver Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript Exposure to Java / J2EE concepts Awareness of SAP backend systems (ECC/S4) Basic troubleshooting and debugging skills Key Responsibilities: Assist in development and maintenance of portal applications Support configuration of iViews, pages, and roles Assist in portal testing and issue resolution Monitor portal activities and report issues Maintain documentation and learn EP tools Business Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with others clearly and concisely. Understands business processes for focus areas or modules. Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks. Strong analytical skills. Understands business functionality related to SAP module/application as well as can identify and understand touch points between modules. Understands how to solve detailed SAP problems. Understands and can explain best business practices, especially those that SAP enables.
