URGENT HIRING - ARCHITECTURAL QC ENGINEER Qualification: Relevant technical degree /diploma with extensive experience in heavy lifting operations. Experience: 15-20 years Duration: 3 Months Joining: Immediate Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all heavy lifting and critical lifting operations. Review, approve, and ensure the implementation of lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments. Lifting operations involve cranes with capacities of approximately 1,000 tons. Ensure all lifting activities comply with approved procedures, project specifications, and applicable HSE requirements. Verify crane selection, configuration, load charts, ground-bearing capacity, rigging arrangements, and suitability lifting equipment. Ensure lifting equipment, cranes, rigging gear, and accessories are inspected, certified, and maintained in accordance with applicable requirements. Supervise and coordinate lifting supervisors, appointed persons, crane operators, riggers, and signalers. Conduct site inspections, lifting operation reviews, toolbox talks, and safety briefings before critical lifts. Identify potential lifting hazards and implement appropriate control measures to minimize operational risks.
