Operator (VDP)

About this opportunity

Operate and monitor VDP machines according to production requirements. Set up, configure, and calibrate VDP equipment. Verify variable data, barcodes, QR codes, and serialization accuracy. Monitor machine performance and maintain production quality. Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Record production data, material consumption, and machine performance. Ensure compliance with security procedures, SOPs, and HSSE requirements. Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Production teams to achieve production targets. We are looking for a skilled Operator – VDP to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring Variable Data Printing (VDP) equipment used in the production of tax stamps and secure printing products, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, security, and productivity. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Printing Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Printing, Variable Data Printing (VDP), or Security Printing operations. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating VDP or digital printing equipment. Experience in serialization, personalization, barcode, and QR code printing workflows. Strong troubleshooting and machine operation skills. Experience in security printing, tax stamps, passports, banknotes, or secure documents is an advantage.
