New opportunity for a Dubai experienced commercial kitchen Technical Designer to join this exciting international strategy, concept & design firm focused on hospitality and F&B. The firm boasts a global presence with several international offices – where they focus on creating unique experiences, tailored environments that are profitable, concept driven, market-led & operationally feasible. Role summary Develop and lead commercialkitchenand laundrydesign concepts in Revit for high-end hospitality projects. Develop operationaldesign strategies for BOH areas:kitchens, laundries, service facilities and organic waste management. Prepare equipment schedules, equipment specifications and MEP drawings. Review shop drawings, transmittals and material submittals. Coordinate with clients: attend or lead meetings, support budgets, issue minutes. Report project status to seniordesigners and management. Candidate requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Proven foodservicedesign experience, with a portfolio of hospitality projects. Strong Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam skills. UAE experience. Required for the Lead level, a plus for Mid-Senior. Strong professional English. Salary Package : Up to AED 18000 all-inclusive
