Digital Marketing Specialist

SHIFT Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and deliver digital campaigns across our businesses. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, follows through on commitments, and is accountable for campaign results. What you'll do Plan and manage campaigns across social media, search, email, and other digital channels. Coordinate content, design, and publishing schedules with internal teams. Manage paid advertising budgets and optimize campaigns against agreed targets. Track website traffic, leads, engagement, and conversions, and recommend improvements. Support SEO, website updates, and landing page performance. Keep stakeholders informed of progress, results, and any risks to deadlines or targets. What we're looking for At least 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience. Proven experience managing paid social and search campaigns. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into action. Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail. A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a track record of delivering on commitments. The ability to work effectively across multiple teams and brands.
