Business Development Manager – FMCG | GCC Markets Location: Dubai, UAE Market Coverage: UAE, Kuwait & Oman Experience: 3–7 Years Industry: FMCG / Consumer Goods About the Opportunity: An exciting opportunity with an established FMCG organisation seeking a dynamic, commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate business growth across the UAE, Kuwait and Oman. The role offers strong ownership of distributor networks, key accounts, sales performance and market expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Drive primary and secondary sales growth across assigned GCC markets. Develop, appoint and manage distributors to strengthen market reach and performance. Build strategic relationships with modern trade, general trade and key retail accounts. Identify new business opportunities, expand distribution channels and support product launches. Lead trade marketing initiatives, market analysis and go-to-market strategies. Develop business plans, monitor market performance and deliver revenue targets. Candidate Profile: 3–7 years of sales and distribution experience, preferably within FMCG. UAE market experience and a valid UAE driving licence are mandatory. Strong expertise in distributor management, secondary sales and key account management. Ability to independently develop business plans and market expansion strategies. Proficiency in at least two languages among Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil is required; Arabic is an advantage. Bachelor's degree mandatory; MBA preferred. Willingness to travel across UAE, Kuwait and Oman.
