Digital Project Lead – 12 Months Contract – Al Jabail, Saudi 5 Days on site per week The Digital Project Lead main function is managing SAP and iMOMS projects for my PetChem client QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Qualifications: Engineer or equivalent, with at least 15 years refining & petrochemicals experience (Maintenance, Digital, Data Management) SAP/iMOMS/Digital high skills Excellent communication skills, pedagogy, adaptation, analysis and synthesis Independent, rigorous, organized, open-minded. Team player and convincing capabilities Can develop medium- and long-term work activities with large delegation Ability to adapt to changes and to work in an international multi-cultural project environment, to cope in a positive and productive manner within intensive environment. Interpersonal skills, rigor and analytical mind Ability to work as a member of a project Team, to liaise, coordinate and positively communicate with the involved different Parties (Contractors, project Entities, auditors, other disciplines representatives, experts, project people, PMT EPCC packages, etc.) Experience in projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia / Middle East. Languages: English language to a high level. Good working knowledge of French and ideally Arabic Think the vision and strategy, create the architecture, scope and design the tools with an objective of integration in the IT architecture Manage FAT/SAT, implementation, commissioning, start-up of all the sub-system for SAP and iMOMS (integration manufacturing operations management solution) Contribute to the implementation of a continuous high standard and embedded Digital and Data Centric culture within teams. Participate in the basement and procedures for Data Centric and Industry 4.0 Lead 10 engineers To promote the implementation of an optimal and long-term Digital Roadmap for EPCC phase Two main domains of activities: - ERP / SAP - IMOMS (Integrated Manufacturing Operations Management Solution) ACTIVITIES SAP and iMOMS management projects: Create, update, deploy the integrated tools Organize and preparation of the Manufacturing sub-Committees for Digital follow-up: action tracking, Culture implementation, KPIs, budget, resources, skills, training programs, technical support, procedures Supervise the organization of meetings and specification of training on SAP and iMOMS modules* Assist with the creation of a robust and adequate staff Data and Digital training program Provide regular Assessment and progress report and an end of mission report Promote the SAP and iMOMS tools (writing articles in internal journals, presentations at team meetings, management, trade unions ...), organize group meetings on the deployment of solutions ERP / SAP: - Define and prepare, execute, commission, implement, start-up SAP IMOMS: Integrated Manufacturing Operations Management Solution - Define and prepare, execute, commission, implement, start-up IMOMS With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
