As an Assistant Manager – Front Office , you will support the team in leading daily Front Desk operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences while inspiring and developing a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day operations of the Front Office. Deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences. Lead, coach, and motivate the Front Office team. Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations. Maintain Hyatt and Andaz brand standards. Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in Front Office or Guest Relations within an upscale or luxury hotel. Strong communication, leadership, and guest service skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Experience with Opera Cloud/ PMS is an advantage. Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. Language Preference- Russian/ German/French/Spanish
