Suitable candidates currently working as CEOs, General Managers, or Operations Directors are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Lead overall business strategy, operations, and growth. Oversee construction operations, project delivery, and business performance. Drive profitability, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. Manage client relationships, business development, and key stakeholders. Provide strategic leadership to project, commercial, and operational teams. Candidate Requirements Minimum 15 years of UAE construction industry experience. Strong contractor-side experience in commercial and residential building construction. Proven exposure to mid-rise and high-rise developments. Strong leadership, commercial, financial, and operational management capabilities. Indian nationality preferred. Preferred age: below 50 years.
