Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan & Secondary Market | Dubai, UAE About the Opportunity Power Scale Talent & Media is recruiting 11 Real Estate Agents on behalf of a growing boutique real estate agency in Dubai. We are looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals with experience in off-plan and/or secondary market property sales. Compensation & Benefits Commission-only position — no fixed basic salary Competitive 50/50 commission split, with potential to earn up to 75% Fresh leads from the UK, UAE and international markets Access to an existing database of 5,000 leads Company-provided laptop and SIM card Visa support RERA certification support Professional property photography and marketing support Weekly training sessions Weekly d eveloper presentations Requirements Minimum 3 months of real estate experience Experience in off-plan and/or secondary market property sales Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to manage leads and build client relationships Self-motivated, professional and target-driven English proficiency; additional languages and experience with international buyers are advantageous RERA certification is not required to apply Working Conditions Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site) Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays (every other Saturday).
