Category Head – Huawei / XFusion Location: Dubai Experience: 15+ years Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Category Head to lead the Huawei / XFusion business across the Africa Cluster. The role involves driving revenue growth, profitability, market share, and business expansion while strengthening vendor partnerships and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute category strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets. Own the overall P&L, ensuring sustainable business growth and operational excellence. Build and strengthen relationships with Huawei / XFusion and identify new business opportunities across the region. Collaborate with sales teams to develop annual and quarterly business plans, product launches, and promotional initiatives. Identify and onboard new vendors, expand market presence, and drive strategic business partnerships. Lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams while ensuring strong customer engagement. Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities to drive business growth. Candidate Requirements 15+ years of relevant experience in category management, technology distribution, or business leadership. Proven track record in P&L management, revenue growth, and profitability improvement. Strong commercial acumen, strategic planning, and business development capabilities. Experience in vendor management, sales leadership, and channel development. Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. Experience in distribution, logistics, and regional business operations is preferred.
